Program placement is based on current grade, not "rising" grade. Find your daughter's current grade for the 2023-2024 school year on the chart above and that will determine her program options.
Girls who are not currently registered Girl Scouts must pay an additional $15.00 to become Girl Scouts.
* AIT 2 requires having completed the AIT 1 program.
** Only the boys and pre-schoolers of our full-time adult staff volunteers are accepted.
Payment is due by credit card or debit card to GSCNC when registering for camp. Financial assistance is available through GSCNC. To apply for financial assistance, follow GSCNC's instructions during the application process. Camp Crossroads does not control the registration or the payment process, and any questions must be directed to GSCNC.
There are no refunds for campers who withdraw after May 14th.
So where do the "Camp Crossroads Program Names" come from? All our units are named after Quidditch teams.
Appleby Arrows
The Appleby Arrows were a Quidditch team from the town of Appleby-in-Westmorland in Cumbria, England. The Arrows played in the British and Irish Quidditch League, founded in 1612, the Arrows played in robes of pale blue, emblazoned with a silver arrow.
Sometimes girls who are not chosen in the lottery may be placed in an Arrows unit. Please know that this is our attempt to provide more girls with the opportunity to participate in camp. All campers in the Arrows unit will be within a 2-year age grouping. Again, if your daughter is placed in an Arrows unit and you wish to withdraw, you must withdraw by the deadline to receive a refund.
Wait List
If you are placed on the waitlist, you will be provided with the opportunity to request removal from the waitlist and receive an immediate refund. If you are placed on the waitlist and we cannot accommodate you, you will receive a full refund. If we place you after May 14th, but you decline, you will not receive a refund.
