Frequently Asked Questions
Is Camp Crossroads Right for My Daughter?

The Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital (GSCNC) provides a wide variety of summer programs. Day camps are one of those programs. These camps are managed and staffed by volunteers who give up their valuable time so that thousands of girls can participate in Girl Scouting during the summer. While all of the camps follow the policies and procedures of GSCNC, each group of volunteers has flexibility in implementation. This results in a wonderful smorgasbord of programs and opportunities. Each camp has its own "personality" which may or may not be right for your daughter.
